مهام الوظيفة
1- يقوم بتوجيه و الاشراف على التلي سيلز لتحقيق نسبة تغطية العملاء و تحقيق مستهدفات الشركة و المستهدف العام للفرع.
2- يقوم بحل مشاكل العملاء و التواصل مع الصيدليات الغير عاملة و الصيدليات التى انخفضت نسبة سحبها بالتنسيق مع الرئيس المباشر .
3- يقوم بمراجعة الاصناف الواردة و النواقص و تقسيمها على التلي سيلز بالتنسيق مع الرئيس المباشر لزيادة المبيعات و تحقيق المستهدف .
4- يقوم بمتابعة حدود ائتمان الصيدليات و الكوتة المحدده لكل عميل حتى يتم ارسال البضاعة للعملاء فى الوقت المناسب .
5- يقوم بمتابعة مشاكل التلي سيلز و العمل على حلها لتطوير ادائهم فى العمل .
6- يقوم بالمتابعة مع ادارة المشتريات لتوفير النواقص لتحقيق رضاء العملاء .
7- يتابع مع التلي سيلز تحقيق المستهدف اليومى للوصول الى المستهدف الشهري فى التغطية و الشركات .
8- يتابع ويوجه التلي سيلز للعمل على العروض المرسلة من الشركة بشكل يومي لتحقيق المستهدف .
9- يقوم بتدريب و تطوير التلي سيلز الجدد حتى يستطيع تقديم افضل خدمة للعميل و تحقيق اهداف الشركةمتطلبات الوظيفة :-
1- مؤهل عالي
2- خبرة 3 سنوات على الأقل .
