Construction company is hiring HR section head;
Location: Dokki
Main Accountabilities:
1. Sources, researches, interviews, screens and refers job candidates for job openings
2. Align with management and section heads to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills
3. Writes job descriptions or reviews and edits job descriptions
4. Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
5.Files and maintains employment records for all new hires
6.Update organization structure when needed
7. Write policies and procedures when needed
8. Coordinate training events and keep track record of all training sessions and budget
9. Assist in organizational development initiatives implementation and HR projects
10. Assist in and supervise personnel and payroll function
Qualifications and experience:
1. Bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent
2. HR Diploma is a must
3. 5-7 years of experience and experience in construction is preffered.

Duties:
Process and post journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded accurately. • Have a good knowledge of cost accounting, inventory and stock control. • Update accounts receivable and issue invoices • Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations/ vendor confirmations • Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines. • Handle Treasury transactions and prepare a daily report for the Bank positions • Assist with reviewing of expenses. • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports • Assist with other accounting adhocs/ projects. • Aware of Tax regulations, reports, procedures, and submission
Skills
– Bachelor’s Degree in finance, Commerce, or Accounting
– Very good command of #English
– Ongoing further study will be an asset
– 1-3 Years of experience in Accounting/Finance.
– Proficient in the use of MS office, advanced knowledge of Excel.
– #SAP Knowledge is a must.
– Zayed, 6th October area or nearby places ONLY
