About the Job
Prepares monthly billings to clients.
Collecting and verifying the appropriate documents.
Preparing, collecting contracts, change orders, insurance certificates, all documents related to construction procedures.
Pays invoices by verifying transaction information; scheduling and preparing disbursements; obtaining authorization of payment.
Computing charges and payments.
Preparing payroll, time sheets and reimbursements.
Prepare P&L, Tax documents and prepare financial reports by collecting account information.
Maintain financial records.
Maintain accounting ledgers by posting account transactions.
Verify accounts by reconciling statements and transactions.
Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation; payments or adjustments.
