Job duties:
* Prepare deals materials in both Arabic and English text.
* Prepare, rewrite and edit copy to improve readability.
* Develop story or content ideas, considering reader or audience appeal.
* Verify facts, dates, and statistics, using standard reference sources
* Read copy or proof to detect and correct errors in spelling and punctuation.
* Handling online customer’s enquirers and suggestions.
*Answering all customers question concerning deals.
* Administrating all Waffarha social media channels.
* Establishing online Profiles @ new social media sites.
* Measuring Results & insights Constantly week to week “weekly reports”
* Implementing social media channels with new Technical development.
* Planning, executing, and observing the social media strategy into the strategy for the business as a whole.
* Maintaining existing accounts by interacting with “likers”, “friends” and “followers” on these sites.
Required Specifications:
* A talented editor
* Excellent command of both Arabic and English.
* 1 year experience
* Openness to Learning New Tools
* Can translate into English quick and perfect
* A problem solver.
* above-average computer skills
* Excellent communication skills, initiative, and willing to work under pressure Customer care principles.
