Job description:
1. Follow-up Customer Care in the performance of their work to make sure the work of the questionnaire correctly
2. Data Validation in the questionnaire follow through Customer Care in the performance of work
3. Check all call records and compliance with the questionnaire for authenticity
4. Save the basic data for the customer through made to system within the company to maintain them
Job Requirements:
University graduate. Fresh graduate
Very good communication both in English and Arabic
Knowledge in Microsoft office
Presentable with pleasant attitude
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under stress
Good typing Speed
0-1 year of experience for call center
Gender: any
Cairo resident
Working conditions:
Working hours: 8 h
