Technical Support Supervisor
Job Summary
Design and supervise the daily operational tasks for the service center operators according to the agreed SLA.
Coordinate with the supply offices the daily operations and updates to system

Design and implement process flow for new/replaced cards
Receive complaints lost/stolen cards calls from the call center and route it to the appropriate service center operations with instructions.
Prepare and sign daily reconciliation status for the entire food ration and cash operations.
Produce daily reports for the citizen support activates.
