1-Planning-flow up-cost control Manager
Description:
– Monitor the progress of work and highlight the critical areas.
– preparing cost control report using earned value method and prepare cash flow for all company’s projects and reporting to CEO
Supervise planning engineers who are responsible for collect actual data from sites-
— Generate project master and contingency plan.
– Generate detailed WBS “Work Breakdown Structure” for the project activities.
Monitor the progress of work and highlight the critical areas.-
– Update schedule and maintain time overrun problems.
– Project Planning, monitoring, and control using Primavera Project Planning (P3, P5, P6)
