Location of Work: Zagazig City Unit Sales coordinator indoor
JOB PURPOSE:
Ensure excellence in execution of the agreed sales reports & handheld reports. Support HH users in site& acts as ERP system expert for the site .In addition to handling all administration support for the sales site.
JOB CONTEXT & RELATIONSHIPS:
• Implementation of the daily, weekly & periodic reports
• Holding responsibility of the handheld reports /ERP reports/data update (JPs, customers,…..ect) & consolidation of all Sps data & follow up on any related issues.
• Main contact for the sales team as his internal customers.
• Manage all the administration tasks for the sales site
• Responsible for updating all journey plans and customers data
• Act as the sponsor of all the sales systems’ processes & influencing them to happen
Qualifications: BA or BSc
Experience: fresh graduates or 1 Year of experience in data administration or sales analysis
Skills: good command of English, Computer skills (excellent excel and power point skills), Strong Communication, and analytical skills.
