Coordinator Specialist:
Required for Software Company a female Coordinator Specialist with good looking, communication skills, at least one year experience in this field and must be resident in Nasr city or Heliopolis.
Main Job description:
1- Coordinate schedule between Sales and technical support departments.
2- Maintains administrative workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures.
3- Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
4- Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management; discovering irregularities; determining continuing needs.
5- Resolves administrative problems by analyzing information; identifying and communication solutions
Skills
– Excellent interpersonal, analytically, and communication skills
– organizational and time management skills
– Ability to multitask and distribute efforts appropriately among tasks, manage competing deadlines, handle frequent interruptions and maintain a high level of productivity.
– Accuracy and careful attention to details
– Excellent computer skills
