*Able to meet deadlines
>>Tasks:
*Arrange meetings & appointments for the Business Development Manager with clients
*Prepare presentation & Meetings Materials
*Update the Archive via printing important correspondences & arranging them into files
*Write effective emails to suppliers & to clients
*Take Meeting Minutes
*Send Faxes
*Prepare Quotations
>>Working hours: 8-5
>>Starting Salary: L.E 1500
>> Females preferred
