Skills and qualifications:
IT industry background, ideally within service delivery management
Experience in client facing role is a must
Strong time, project and priority management skills
Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
Able to plan for and rise to a range of project and customer challenges
Experienced in IT operations and technical infrastructure
ITIL certified
8+ Years of experience in the IT Field
Other accreditations and certifications like PMP, ISO, MBA & MCITP is a plus.
