Job Responsibilities:
• Lead Sales Representatives and Merchandisers teams to achieve the set KPIS
• Execute the Sales vision, objectives, yearly strategy and main priorities
• Ensure optimum coverage and maximum distribution within assigned areas
. Travel frequently to generate new business
• Coach and develop the performance of the subordinates through regular assessment
