searching for Project Manager Responsibilities: Develops and manages project plan and activities Manages and follow up with the tech leads the task assignments and conducts team meetings Communicates project status internally to the head of development in Egypt with the meetings status Produces project documentation and share it with all stakeholders Monitors and controls project and manages day-to-day activities Identify issues and track it to find the proper resolution Manages Change Control Manages cost/schedule/resource variances Ensures vendor and team expectations are met/exceeded Conducts lessons learned with project team Report the status of the projects working on periodically that will be
shared with the high management Work closely with Tech Leads and vendors across multiple countries and able to create a common understanding of the expectations of all stakeholders Required Skills: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience with Software Development Project Management Ability to work within a project team environment where results will be based on cooperation with and/or influence of others PMP certification Prior software development experience within a POS and applications integrations MS Project experience Excellent written and oral communication skills Focus on results and success Strong sense of urgency and driving issues to closure Meets deadlines and produces high quality work Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments Strong relationship building skills Kindly send your CV to [email protected]
