Fawry is hiring Training and Development Specialist Location: Mokattam Reports to: Training and Product Knowledge Advisor Department: Retail Department Job Description: -Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process; providing resources and assistance and scheduling orientation – Conducting skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement – Designing training curricula within time and budget constraints
– Producing physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies) Requirements: – Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. – 1-3 Years in relevant experience. – Good Command of English Language. – Excellent computer skills especially graphic Programs such as (Photoshop illustrator CorelDraw Flash). – Strong communication skills. – Very good in presentation Skills. – Work under pressure. – Ready to travel to different governorates – Maximum Age 30. – Males are Preferred.
