Job vacancy in a Logistics company Assistant ( Joker ) ( airport branch & sheraton branch ) * Job Description: -Prepare and edit correspondence communications presentations and other documents -Managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential -Interpret during meetings and field visits Record transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings -Design and maintain database -File and retrieve documents and reference materials. -Conduct research collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents -Reviewing operating practices and implement
