Urgently needed in Orange Business Services ,
Title: Incident management specialist (1st Level Technical Support)

Role:
– Provide technical point of contact for the incidents of the customers.
– Own the resolution and troubleshooting responsibility of the reported customer incidents either solely or with the intervention of other teams or experts within the time frame agreed with the business (i.e. IP-VPN & Cisco IP telephony services ).
– Diagnose fault-related incidents by effectively utilizing software diagnostics and other network utility programs.
– Perform technical escalations to different Problem Management teams in line with the company’s procedure and case excellence policy.

Requirements:

– Bachelors degree in Telecommunications engineering or Computer Science.
– CCNA routing and switching certified is highly recommended .
– CCNA voice is preferred.
– 0 to 2 years of experience.
