Job Description
– Solves all customers’ inquiries regarding Network issues, provides an end-to-end ownership to all inquiries till closure, posts resolution call to ensure customers satisfaction and close the case. Provides customers with appropriate options/right suggestions.
– CCNA background is required.
– Very good command of English Language.
– Fresh Graduate.
– Working location at Nasr city “Preferably living in Cairo”.
– 9 working hours & 2 days off.
– Salary L.E ” 2200 ” per month.
