We are looking for motivated, responsible candidates to join us in following position.
Personnel specialist
Duties

• Manage and control the company’s relationship with Social Insurance authority and make sure the company is fully complied
• Manage Personnel files and make sure of its completeness, accuracy, complying with Egyptian labor law.
• Administer the hiring and termination process and coordinate with all concerned parties, including documents, end of service calculation, etc.…
• Dedicates face time to ensure employee support through interaction and feedback in personnel issues
• Acts as first point of contact for employees regarding employee relations issues and/or concerns about motivation and job satisfaction.
• Supports line management on a variety of Personnel tools and processes.
• Identifies and participates in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with the Data Privacy & Protection Guidelines and relevant legislation.
Education:
Bachelor Degree in relevant field or equivalent
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years in personnel operation
Gender:
Male
Skills:
Excellent knowledge of labor law and insurance laws
Proficiency in using MS office
Reporting
Ability to work under stress
