Social media moderator (full time – 6th of October City)
Responsibilities:
– Replies to comments, messages, twitter direct messages, mentions.
-creating data base for each client with the basic info and FAQ

– Directs fans to suitable content related to their questions and inquiries, even if they don’t ask.
– Redirects potential clients call center or registration page.
– Provides fans’ questions and inquiry report monthly.
– (Plus) generate ideas for campaigns.
Required qualifications:
– Excellent command of English and Arabic.
KPIs:
– Responsiveness
– Reply attitude
– Following moderation manual
– Reporting in detail with comments and insights (whenever possible or needed).
