Receptionist – Customer service is required for Ghalioungui Medical Equipment ( Fresh graduate are most welcome to apply)
About the Job
• Answering the switchboard or telephone
• Quickly identifying the nature of the telephone call in a courteous manner.
• Putting the call through to the appropriate person or extension.
• Screening telephone calls.

• Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
• Supporting Sales coordinators manager
• Filing statements, tracking invoices, typing reports, scheduling appointments
• Dealing with more than one call at a time.
• Dealing with telephone inquiries on basic information, such as directions or company contact details.
• Taking telephone messages for staff.
• Administrative support.
Working Conditions
• Working hours : From 8 to 4:30
• Job location : Mokattam
Job Requirements
• V. good command of English language .
• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Strong verbal communication skills ,Organized , problem solver .
• Max Age 26
• Gender : Female
• No. of open vacancies : 2
• Salary : 1200 to 1400
• Experience : 0 to 1 year ( prefer call center experience )
