Admin Assistant
Darah Design is seeking for a talent Admin assistant to do the following
1. Manage, follow up and coordinate CEO calendar
2. Follow up with company projects and provide support to customers by calls or emails
3. Submit periodic reports to the CEO as needed

4. Providing best solutions for developing business and managers requirements
5. Administering and responding to clients, suppliers and employees inquires
6. Preparing and monitoring attendance records including late and absence every month
7. Handling and administering all administrative tasks ( preparing presentation, sending emails, answering calls, welcoming clients and put them at ease, team’s calendar schedule, memos, letters, maintain updating filing system and database for all projects and all related administrative tasks as needed )
8. Attend meetings with CEO and clients as needed
Job requirements
• Bachelor degree required
• Excellent MS user ( excel , word and PowerPoint)
• Presentable
• Detail oriented
• High communication skills
Experience: 2 – 5 years of experience
Age: Maximum 28
Location: New Cairo
Gender: Male / Female
Salary: Negotiable
