Facilities Manager
Responsible for monitoring the GS Department. Monitor contract renewals; Fleet related issues, Radio’s related issues, and other company commitments related to the General Services Department. • Monitor Mobile line expenses • Monitor the quality of orders and requested supplies. • Insures process fluency and actively participate in improvements. • Follow up on the purchase of office supplies/ stationery and distributing to the requesters /cleaning materials

• Insures the purchases of the requested uniform & equipment, and other items related to the company’s needs. • Insure the printing & distributing the logbooks to the Operations Department. • In charge of ordering mobile lines, updating the list of contacts, and upgrading the bundles upon request. • Do the necessary researches upon request. • Participate in development & process improvement. • Create a database including: suppliers, vendors, and necessary contacts. • Translate and distribute of weekly FSO reports in a given time to all stakeholders.
Bachelor degree in finance or accounting.
– 5years’ experience in same position
– Age between 30- 45
– Advanced Excel skills.
– Fluent English is a must
