Payroll Specialist job march2016

” Payroll Specialist ” is now required for a well-established pharmaceutical company.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
– Reviews, analyzes and checks payroll forms and reports for accuracy and makes necessary adjustments or corrections.
– Creates and maintains payroll account codes

– Processes payroll distribution, direct deposit and retro-expenditure transfers
– Sets up and reconciles voluntary payroll deductions, prepares reports.
– Completes appropriate forms for Salaries payouts and adjustments or to correct or balance a special situation.
– Compiles and analyzes payroll data, makes recommendations and determinations and prepares related reports.
– Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports required by law
– Provide ongoing customer service support to management and employees on all benefits, options, questions and requests for support. Handle all inquiries, discrepancies and complaints promptly and professionally

Education and Experience:
– Bachelor Degree in a related discipline
– HR Diploma is a Plus
– At least 2 years of experience
– Advanced computer skills, including ability to create reports in Excel.
– Experience in an ERP system is a plus
– Resident in (Gharbia, Menoufia, Qalyubia).
