Duties
Ensure the recruitment needs are met in a timely, cost effective and professional manner
Partner with the business to establish hiring profiles and parameters
Active use of recruitment tools: job flow – hire system
Work closely with assigned business’ HRMs to deliver recruitment needs
Suggest proper medias for approaching the right candidates
Follow up and coordinate with recruitment channels
Execute pre-screening and/or final phone/face to face interviews for junior & supports all parties in concern with assessment
Coordinate with universities, events in relation to targeted hires
Proactive coordination with departments for interviews
Supervise & interact closely with staffing coordinator in charge of assigned hires as well as continuous follow up with on-boarding
Implement the initial screening of and interviews for candidates
Use external sources of recruitment aiming to attract the best possible pool of candidates
Develop a pool of profiled CVs of suitable candidates in the different areas required for the company
Obtain references for the selected employees
Send required letters of “Thank You”, “Apology” for the interviewed candidates
Prepare the recruitment adds in different media
Responsible for classifications and handling all CV’s for hiring process
Requirements
1 – 2 years Experience in the recruitment
Experience in the mass recruitment is a plus
Excellent computer skills (Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organization and planning
Fluency in written and spoken English is a must
Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of multiple projects from start to finish
