Secretary – Administrator
Duties:
– Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
– Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
Take, type and distribute minutes of meetings
– Implement and maintain office systems
– Handle incoming mail and other material
– Set up and maintain filing systems
Set up work procedures
– Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information Using various computer packages – Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Relevant Training
Good organization skills
Good time management
Good communications skills, written and verbal
Discretion
Confidence with IT and computer packages
Excellent MS Office user
English is a must
