DHL Express is hiring Service Point Advisor.
Alexandria Residents only.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree
• Write & speak English fluently.
• Computer literate and familiar with Word and Excel.
Accountabilities:
• Receive customers at front counter receptions and process shipments through DHL software.
• Ensure all security procedures for all shipments received are followed up.
• Ensure that all shipments arriving at the express center are scanned whether delivered through the front counter or will be Held for Collection.
• Assure all customers receive service, which is prompt, friendly, courteous and helpful.
• Provide customer feedback to others in the organization
• Meet service level and response time objectives and quality objectives
• Perform customer and shipment identification
• Record sales leads, operation leads and customer complaints.
