1. Visit customer in their assigned (geographical) area.
2. Achieve individual (area) set targets and productivity
3. Generate sales leads and acquire new customers.
4. Grow existing customers and migrate them into higher value tiers
5. Report competitor’s activity to Manager.
6. Keep record of customer visits and update it regularly.
7. Prepare proposals and quotations to customers
8. Close the deals and get the payment.
Job Description for Tele Sales Executive – Females Only (Opportunity to Work from Home or Office)
1. Identify opportunities, produce leads and get appointments for the sales force with the emphasis on high quality leads.
2. Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies who are not already on the database
3. Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business
Skills
Skills Required for Field Sales Executive:
1. Minimum of 4 years sales experience (at least 2 years in the Middle East, preferably in KSA)
2. Preferably 2 years experience in Selling CRM Solutions
3. Highly developed professional writing and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to generate sales opportunities and develop customer based network
5. Advanced proficiencies in Windows suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
6. Fully proficient in English and Arabic, Or Only English, Or Only Arabic.
7. Excellent communication, team building, relationship, interpersonal, and customer service skills
He should have valid driving license with CAR and transferrable VISA in the KSA Region.
