Job Type: Full Time position
Area of Responsibility: Responsible for providing excellent customer service. Perform retail services by assisting customers, processing sales and special charges. Answer incoming calls from customers dealing with questions and inquiries. Demonstrate maximum awareness of Bookstore strategies and policies, its products and services.
Qualification: Graduation from an accredited college / University.
Very good communication skills
Presentable and customer oriented
Very good English Language.
Experience: 0-2 years
