Female Secretary
Job Description:
A reputable company in field of Advertising and Marketing Solutions looking for A Female secretary are in charge of variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
• Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
• Managing databases

• Prioritizing workloads
• Recruiting, training and supervising junior staff
• Handling correspondence
• Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
• Liaising with relevant organizations
• Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
• Answering telephone calls
• Maintaining diaries
• Arranging appointments
• Taking messages
• Typing and word processing
• Filing

Required Qualification:
Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Business Administration or any related discipline.
Years of experience 1 to 3 years in administration field.
Fresh graduate are welcome as well.

Salary
The company will provide attractive salary (Negotiable).
