Job Title: Telephone Operator
Job Description:
1- Receiving and answering all incoming and out coming calls, international, local and from guests rooms.
2- Enter all data for incoming check-in guests at opera system.
3- Doing all wake-up calls on time.
4- Helping reception desk and doing some work for my colleagues.
5- Taking care of all the guest complaints.
Job Requirements
• BCS Degree in Any Related Field.
• Min 1 year of experience in the same position in 4 or 5 starts hotel
• Opera knowledge is A Must.
• Fluency in English
• MS Office professional.
