Technical Support Call Center “English Skill B+” Good +
Type Of Customer: Middle East and Local (based on client’s requested profile)
Pronunciation Slips: Slight random slips are acceptable.

Fluency: Able to sustain an Eng conversation with partial Fluency, (i.e. frequent acceptable mistakes)
Gross Salary: 2400 ~ 3200 EGP
Technical Support Call Center “English Skill C+” Basic
Type Of Customer: Local
Pronunciation Slips: Basic (has frequent obvious slips)
Fluency: Doesn’t need to speak English but understands common expressions
Gross Salary: 1200 ~ 1310 EGP
English Skill Level will be defined during the interview

The two vacancies are sharing the below requirements:
Males.
Articulate voice.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to organize and communicate information clearly.
Flexibility to work on shift basis.
0-1 year of experience most of which in Customer Service/ Call Center environment.
Military Status: Completed , Exempted & Postponed
Working Conditions
2 rotational off days
Rotational shifts: 24/7 (8 working hours)
