1- Legal Officer ( Legal Officer )
– Conduct necessary legal research upon documents submitted by the clients seeking funding
– Translating all contracts and letters from Arabic to English and vice versa
– Follow & Finalize all cases filled for / or against the company at courts, as well as dealing with police stations and the prosecutions
– Dealing with General Authority for Investment and Free Zone

– Cooperate with other lawyer in the legal department by offering a legal opinion in their work needed
– Authenticate EGM & AGM & Board meetings from GAFI
– Preparing Dubai & CBE Reports
– Location ( Dokki )
– Salary from 3500 to 4000 EGP

Job Requirements:

– Law Degree (Graduated From Faculty of Law English Department is a Must )
– Experience from 2 to 3 years
– Fluent in English Spoken and written
– Highly skilled in MS Office and use of the internet, as well as Legal Research
– High Knowledge in public Notary law and its regulations
– Communication and Interpersonal Skills
– Analytically Skills
– Handle multiple Tasks

2- Senior Accountant code ( Senior Accountant )

– Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
– Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.
– Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
– Summarizes financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.
– Produces payroll by initiating computer processing; printing checks, verifying finished product.
– Completes external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts; providing information for auditors.
– Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
– Secures financial information by completing database backups.
– Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
– Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
– Location Zamalek
– Salary from 4000 to 5000 EGP

Job Requirements

– Graduated from faculty of Commerce ( preferred English section )
– Experience from 5 to 8 Years ( preferred at Restaurant and F&B industry )
– V.good at English
