Technical Support – IT. is required for a big reputable company in Cairo ”El-Mohandseen”
Responsibilities:
– Handling onsite /off site computer hardware and network problems
– Handling various network designs, cabling and implementation .
– Handling user/client complaints/problems and providing ultimate solutions to their needs and requirements.
– Support user’s pcs (Microsoft systems, mail client,)
– Have a good knowledge with Active directory, DHCP and DNS
– configure routers & access piont
– 1 years’ experience in IT.
– A+ , N+ , MCITP
– Excellent communication skills
– Male
– English level: Medium
