Job Title: Sales and Marketing Team leader

Job Description:-
– Train, manage and lead a team of telemarketers to achieve the required objectives.
– Set and monitor KPIs for all team members.
– Lead the marketing and sales effort including, study market and detect the opportunities generate and establish contacts with prospective customers.
– Coach, monitor and develop team members including, call coaching, call evaluations development of outbound and sales scripts.
– Propose, suggest and assign sales target, jobs responsibilities for each staff member
– Support, motivate staff member to achieve individual and team target
– Supervise daily work of sales staff
Requirements:
• Female
• 1-2 year experience in a similar position-
• Very Good English speaker.
• Very good Communication and Leadership Skills.
• Able to work on flexible working hours basis.
Skills:
• Ambitious personality.
