Job Description : Responsibilities: Provide daily assistance, help-desk support and first level troubleshooting and problem solving for to internal and third-party business applications

Provide advice and training to end-users
Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to incidents and requests
Escalate calls to IT Manager upon determination that problem exceeds level of experience
Install, configure and administer applications components and manage user access permissions on them
Manage and monitor database backups
Liaise with vendor support on all issues
Knowledge, experience, skills and qualifications Bachelor degree, preferably in Engineering, computer science or a related field
A minimum of 4 years of relevant technical experience
Experience in supporting business applications (ERP or CRM is a plus)
Hands on experience with software development, database design, SQL Server 2008/2012/2014, IIS, Windows Server 2003/2008/2012, Windows 8/7/XP, Microsoft Office
Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services is a plus
Certification in SQL Server is a big plus
