National Sales Manager .
Qualifications:
•Recommend and implement channel strategy as per the Egypt overall strategy.
•Develop and execute Brand(s) distribution, stocking and visibility programs.
•Report all market related matters to the sales management on regular basis.

•Develop, motivate and evaluate sales force as per their job requirements.
•Ensure supreme customer service and problem solving in the market.
•Manage a full distributors operations within the assigned Channel(s)
•Optimize sales spending (distribution cost and trade spending).

Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor degree from an accredited university. Post Graduate Education is a Plus.
Experience / Industry: 5-8 years of multinational experience in FMCG category.
Personal Competencies: Will to learn. Hunger for success. Challenge status quo.
Functional Competencies: People Management. Business Development.
Technical Competencies: English Knowledge. MS Office power user. ERP systems background.
Age: 28-32
Gender: Any

Location: Cairo
Type: Full Time (Contract is annually renewed)
