Regional Sales Manager .
Location: 1) Delta 2) Alexandria 3) Upper Egypt 4) Cairo
Responsibility:

•Deliver on preset KPI’s for active customers, success rate, SKU’s distribution targets.
•Ensure service and problems solved in the market and especially for key customer.
•Develop, motivate evaluate sales force as per role requirements and deliverables.
•Report all market related matters within assigned areas, and channel.
•Manage Sales activities within assigned areas, and channels.
•Contribute in sales forecaster (quarter and monthly).
•Control market programs execution excellence.
•Apply and maintain Market credit policies.

Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor degree from an accredited university. Post Graduate Education is a Plus.
Experience / Industry: 3-6 years of multinational experience in FMCG category.
Age: 26-30
Personal Competencies: Will to learn. Hunger for success. Challenge status quo.
Functional Competencies: Distribution Management. People Skills.
Technical Competencies: English Knowledge. MS Office power user. ERP systems background.

Type: Full Time (Contract is annually renewed)
