Required for hiring, Store (Sales) Team Leader:
A reputable company is looking for candidates with the skills, creativity and passion to help us meet our expansion vision & plan. People with the potential not only to become great sales leaders but also Retail Managers for Handymade stores in plan.
Responsibilities:

– Presenting Handymade products in a structured professional way face to face.
– Governing sales activity are done during store working hours .
– Leading all sales staff with high level of supervision.
– Ensure sales members are abiding by store regulations.
– Provide excellent image for clients about our company.
– Train and apply quality check on team members plus building career path for each member according to his/her capabilities.
– Ensuring customer are having “excellent experience” (even without buying).
– Sales target: Managing sales members reaching & exceeding sales targets.
– Daily Auditing: responsible for items on stock and make daily audit twice per day
Requirements:
– University Degree (male/female) to work in Maadi branch.
– 2+ years of experience on the same field.
– Good command of English.
– Customer service experience and excellent communication and leadership skills
– Most preferred background in retail stores.
