Job Title: International Billing & Technical Advisor “British Account (No Overnight Shifts)”
Job Description:

-Handle British Customer’s inquires and complaints.
-Ensure customer delight and satisfaction.
-Log customer details on the CRM.
-Provide customer with accurate information and right solutions.
-Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
– Fluent English with Clear Accent
– Excellent communication & problem solving Skills
– Flexible with shift basis
– Egyptian Nationality
– Net salary 2,400 EGP
– VPN (Limited mobile line)
– Meal Allowance
– Social and medical insurance
– Transportation is provided (Work Place 6th of October)
-Gym Access based on availability

Work conditions:
– Work Hours: 10 working hours (Total Days off per month = 9 Days Off instead of 8 Days)
