Delegate Sales Executive
BME Global Ltd, headquartered in London and branches in Cairo (Nasr City) and Jeddah, is an international events company with extensive experience in operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, covering key industries such as petrochemicals, water, power, environment, finance and construction.

The Delegate Sales Executive is a polished, well-educated, confident and articulate professional whose role is to present, and sell BME Global’s portfolio of high quality events to mid-senior business leaders over the phone.

*1-2 years of sales experience is preferred although not essential.
*Must possess a bachelor degree and possess the ability to work with, and pitch to, senior level executives.
*Candidate MUST have EXCELLENT English communication, speaking, writing and reading skills
*Candidate must be able to work on multiple projects and with minimal supervision both independently and be self-driven within a team structure.
*Ability to strategically identify target audience and stay focused in placing 70+ outbound calls daily to achieve sales goals.
*Experience in self-generating sales leads as well as the capability to work from warm leads.
*Conference experience / knowledge is a plus.
*Candidates must be able to work comfortably within a highly pressured sales environment
*Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Email based programs.
*Candidate must have a pleasant demeanor and a positive attitude to function within a team based environment.
*You will be an integral part of a dynamic and expanding team with those demonstrating management potential and an aptitude for sales moving quickly up the promotional ladder.

There is a comprehensive training school for all new starters and training will then be continued on the sales floor as required by the Sales Manager who has extensive delegate /conference sales experience from the UK.

Basic Salary: 2500 L.E. + Commission + Team Incentives/Bonuses

Working Hours: 8am – 4.30pm Sunday to Thursday
