Job Title:-
Customer Service Representative.
Job Type:-
Full-Time.
Job Description:-
Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company programs.
Responsibilities:-
1. Receives and handles customers’ requests.
2. Traces status of Courses.
3. Opens and Maintains customer accounts.
4. Resolves product or service issues.
5. Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
6. Handles customer complaints.
7. Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
8. Work with unit manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
9. Handles both interfacing policies with main sales and operation.

Qualifications:-

1. University degree.
2. Excellent command in English.
3. 0-2 years Experience.

4. basic computer skills (Windows & Office)
