Description • Manage Network pre-sales Team. • Provide specific solutions/technology/ product consulting, technical and sales support for accounts in assigned territory.  • Perform in-depth and high-level technical presentations for customers, partners and prospects.  • Drive the development of formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities.  • Provide consultative support and mentor other less experienced Systems Engineers in assigned territory.  • Actively participate as a specialist on assigned team. • Support sales team and channel partners in technical issues. • Prepare technical solution proposals to both customers and business partners. • Work with sales representatives to strategize/manage accounts. • Identify prospect requirements/solution. • Build rapport with the product/solution evaluation team. • Product/Technical responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs). • Address customer follow-ups/issues. • Identify/set competitive traps. • Identify prospect requirements outside of current release support. • Identify other resources required to get sale. • Manage product/technical issues to the close.
Qualifications • Bachelor Degree of Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent. • Minimum 6-8 Years of working experience in a similar or related Field (networking pre-sales). •Very good English & computer skills. • Very good knowledge& minimum 3 years of experience in HP Networking Knowhow is a must. • Cisco Networking Back Ground is preferable. • Maintain efficient interactive communication with customers and staff. • Very good communication skills with a friendly customer oriented manner. • Must be a strong presenter, with high enthusiasm and strong sales skills.
