Job Description
– Solve all customers’ inquiries regarding Network issues, provide an end-to-end ownership to all inquiries till closure, post resolution call to ensure customer satisfaction and close case. Provide customer with appropriate options/right suggestions.
Requirements
– CCNA Background.
– Very good command of English Language.
– Graduate with a bachelor degree.
– Fresh Graduate.
Work conditions
– Work place: Nasr City.
– Preferably living in Cairo.
– Dress: Smart Casual.
– 1 day off.
– Hours: 8 working hours rotational (First shift start at 6 am, last shift ends at 8 pm).
