HR Specialist
General Description:
Link Egypt is working in the field of software applications and websites development using the rich internet applications technologies (RIA) through deferent tools and programming languages.
As an HR specialist in our company you will be responsible for all the HR activities such as recruitment & resignation, general company policies, training, leave days, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable requirements.
• Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion.
• Processes personnel action forms and assures proper approvals; disseminates approved forms.
• Prepares paperwork required to place employee on payroll and establishes personnel file.
• Assists in hiring process by coordinating job posting on Web site, reviewing resumes, performing telephone interviews and reference checks.
• Maintain company IQ and English Tests
• Maintains Employee Handbook with updated resolutions and other pertinent information, as needed.
• Use market surveys to build and update our salary schema
• Maintain company benefits offered to employees
• Manage periodic HR social activities
• Investigate employees complaints or problems
• Help in enhancing and developing employees performance
• Contribute in the annual appraisal for the employees and preparing the appraisal templates

Skills & Specs:

• High school diploma or equivalent with some college or technical school coursework preferred
• Minimum of (1) year of job-related experience, preferably in a human resource department.
• Technical experience, including responsibility for maintaining computer systems
• Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications, especially Excel and Microsoft Word software.
• High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
• Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Good to excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills.
• Excellent telephone and oral communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Organized and self-motivated
• Good knowledge about the IT/Software industry preferred
