The agent will be responsible the following:
1. Creating a marketing plan for addressing both homeowners and tenants
2. The agent will be responsible for developing the marketing materials to address homeowners and tenants
3. Manning booths in different locations to market the company activities to individual clients from the supply and demand sides
4. Meeting with corporate clients
5. Suggesting and helping create new online and offline marketing materials
