Job Description
– Answer phones professionally.
– Respond to customer inquiries.
– Handle and resolve customer complaints.
– Identify and escalate priority issues.
– Follow up customer calls where necessary.
Requirements
– Good command of English language.
– Fresh Graduate.
– Communication Skills.
– Customer Service Skills.
Work conditions
– Work place: Nasr City.
– Dress: Smart Casual.
– Days: 5 working days “2 days off “.
– Hours: 8 working hours rotational (First shift start at 10 am, last shift ends at 7 pm).
