2. Years of experience:2 years +
3. Background Knowledge & Experience:
a. Mechanical Engineering degree.
b. AutoCAD and PDMS (Plant Design Management System).
c. Aware with the international codes and standard is a plus.
4. Main Tasks & Accountabilities:
a. Prepares equipment and piping 3D modeling.
b. Prepares plot plans and equipment arrangements.
c. Prepares load data, civil and steel structure information.
d. Prepares IRP activities (insulation thickness table, Piping list, etc.).
e. Prepares PDMS piping specification and catalogue processing.
f. Prepares Data for P&I diagrams
g. Conducts Piping Study and performs above and underground piping design and coordination plan
h. Performs PDMS drafting module.
i. Prepares general arrangement, Isometric, Support (standard and special) drawings, nozzle orientation and attachments for the equipment.
j. Conducts calculation and specification for pressure safety valve.
k. Prepares specification for special pipe components.
l. Prepares heat tracing system design.
m. Material take off (IRP and manual).
n. Preparation of Bid Package, materials requisitions and purchase requisition as well as bid analysis.
o. Prepares system test packages and erection data (bill of materials ,..etc.).
p. Provides site support.
q. Performs any other allied tasks as assigned
