Softlock Company is now hiring a System Integration and Support Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Manage the System Integration and Support Team
• Supervise the Integration and Support activities
• Provide periodical reports to management
• Cooperate with sales to organize the pre-sales activities
• Construct and apply department policies
• Follow up with unsatisfied customers
• Provide second line support to company products
Qualifications
• 6 years experience
1. At least 2 years experience in the software development position.
2. At least 2 years experience in technical support position.
3. At least 2 years experience in leader ship or management position.
• Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
• Basic Programming Skills in C#, C++, Java, ASP.NET
• Basic System Installation and Configuration Skills for Windows OS, Websites Servers
• Professional English Reading and Writing
• Communication Skills
• Managerial Skills
