Remote Sensing OR Photometry Specialist
– Responsibilities:
– Collecting, understanding and organizing information both from suppliers and customers.
– Organizing and filing information.
– Preparing offers to customers.
– Monitor demand on customers side
– Maintain existing customer’s database and insure customer satisfaction.
– Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
– Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
– Managing and interpreting customer requirements
– Negotiating tender and contract terms.
– Analyzing costs and sales.
– Preparing reports for head office.
– Meeting regular sales targets.
– Recording and maintaining client contact data.
– Coordinating sales projects.
– Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
– Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
– Liaise with principal suppliers in response to customers’ demands.
– Handle all customer queries and respond with appropriate actions expeditiously to secure sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
– Fluent English language skill is a must.
– Fluent computer skill is a must.
– Project management skill.

– Precise, meticulous, organized personality.
– Sense of responsibility and follow-up.
– Self-educating capacity through reading, research and internet browsing.
– Technical sense.
– Interpersonal skills, ability to operate in teams.
