Job Description: Assist in planning & directing the activities of human resources required to develop, deliver and support recruitment & training. Responsible for interviewing new applicants to assure selection of the best candidate. Discuss the offer letter & follow up the employment process including employment papers. Keep an updated database of current CVs through head hunting. employment fairs and online job posting. Assessment reports and the annual training reports.

Qualifications: Knowledge about the Egyptian Labor Law. Accurate with strong attention to details and deadlines. Excellent leadership, presentation and negotiation. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Excellent planning, managerial and follow up abilities.

Gender: Any
Education Major: A university degree in one of the business related disciplines. HR certificate or related HR studies is a plus.

Experience: 3-5 years.
Location: Dokki – Giza.
